Our goal at GAINS is to provide access to the most sophisticated capabilities, approaches and techniques to companies of all sizes and ranges, and most importantly, meet a customer where they are in their journey. Our staff members are working with the clients. They need surge capacity, they need decision augmentation, they need guidance and experience. A lot of companies don’t have the wherewithal, the skill sets and the teams needed to support making these types of decisions. And to make those investments in those teams means keeping those investments working for a very long period of time. We want to take the large company that poured a lot of concrete, built a lot of systems, locked a lot of processes in place, and we want to help them make incremental decisions that improve their business faster and better. And we also want to be able to take that small company that’s growing and help them grow and expand and scale. All of our technologies are very specifically designed to both work with large, to work with small, and with everyone in between. We think this is a very different perspective on the marketplace because it’s really not about the size of the company, it’s about the problem and the need to solve a common set of problems.
