Training

Training is held at our Headquarters in Chicago (1200 N Ashland Ave, Ste 300, Chicago, IL 60622) up to three times a year, per the schedule below. Please note that we are currently only holding training sessions in Version 9. If you are using an older version, or are unsure which version your company is running, please contact your Support Analyst or email Jenny at Marketing@GAINSystems.com
We reserve the right to cancel GAINS University sessions within 3 weeks of the scheduled start date if enrollment is less than half of our target attendance. If a training session is cancelled, the following session will still be held as it is our policy not to cancel two consecutive GAINS U sessions. In the event of a cancelled training session, any paid registrants will be notified and payment will either be applied for the next training session or be refunded in full.

NOTE: In response to the current status of COVID-19, we will be hosting the GAINS Training sessions online to avoid any risk associated with travel. You will receive the same level of quality training from our team, and space is still limited to allow ample opportunity for questions, one-on-one assistance, etc. as needed throughout the sessions.
