Training is held at our Headquarters in Chicago (1200 N Ashland Ave, Ste 300, Chicago, IL 60622) up to three times a year, per the schedule below. Please note that we are currently only holding training sessions in Version 9. a.) New-User Training: Tuesday, April 21st thru Lunch on Wednesday, April 22nd
We reserve the right to cancel GAINS University sessions within 3 weeks of the scheduled start date if enrollment is less than half of our target attendance. If a training session is cancelled, the following session will still be held as it is our policy not to cancel two consecutive GAINS U sessions. In the event of a cancelled training session, any paid registrants will be notified and payment will either be applied for the next training session or be refunded in full.
