About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of the professional services team. In this role, you have two primary responsibilities:
- Leading engagements with prospective clients, evaluating the benefits of the GAINS solution at their business.
- Consult with new clients to define the set up for implementation and long-term success.
You will manage prospective client evaluations, new client implementations, and internal projects focused on new feature development and deployment.
The projects are significant in scope with evaluations ranging from 4-8 weeks and full implementations from 3 to 9 months. You will work directly with operational personnel and executive management at client corporation.
To best support and enable our client success, some travel will be required. You will typically have 1 trip per month for client engagement and implementation support.
Lead joint client – consultant teams to analyze customer supply chain opportunities and apply GAINSystems’ technology to address associated challenges.
Analyze prospective client supply chains to determine the potential benefits of a GAINS implementation and how specific issues would be addressed.
Drive successful project implementation by executing project management tasks including development of high-level plans/milestones and detailed work plans, coordination of support resources, change management, and issue resolution.
Participate in designing product development specifications with internal UX designers and technical team members to improve GAINS functionality for specific client applications.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities required.
- Direct experience working with large complex data sets (ex. Excel, R).
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in ever evolving business environment that results in great innovations with our clients for success.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred
